I already use blank plugins. What I like about wordpress is nearly everytime I think 'I wish it did this' I can find a plugin!

Easy installation, copy the folder with the single php file into your wordpress plugin directory, download a free ttf font from http://www.dafont.com/, enable the plugin, go into options captcha and enter the url of the font.

I found another great plugin that you might take a look at if you are not using it already: ItÃ‚Â´s called Blank Target Comments. It opens all links in the comments in a new page instead of opening the link in the same page, i.e. the visitor stays on the main site.
