I've never played Halo before, well I've had a quick go on demo machines in shops, but never a proper go on it.

I'm still getting used to Xbox controller instead of mouse/keyboard of PC FPS games - I'm tempted to get it just to see what all the fuss is about! Altho I did that with Gears of War and have barely played that game!

It is the last game of the franchise, if you are a RTS fan....wait till HALO WARS comes out.

I was surprised to learn yesterday to see that Halo 3 would be the last one in the series.

Maybe they'll be more games based in the Halo universe, but just not featuring Master Chief.

HALO 2 really was a awsome game i really like the Halo series, i have read every book and article about. I'm feeling a little bad about Halo franchise ending with Halo 3. Hey bungie we really liked it to go like Final fantasy XIII

lets hope that they release it early otherwise NFS pro street will beat Halo for sure..which is also due first week of Nov.

@John - Ha ha ha.

@Everton - I seem to do that too...Invite others to some shindig and then say to myself, "Man, I kinda wish I could get out of this now..." Ah well. Socializing and schmoozing is important right?

And like you said, I AM very worried about not getting the game on launch day but it might be for the better...I mean, if I get it on Tuesday there's a good chance I'm going to up ALL night playing it which means Wed at work is gonna suck plus the day after that too!
