Connected Internet: Sending Bad Messages Via SMS – Would You Do It?

I have never really been into SMS that much. It it simply more expensive than a quick email or an IM. Of course there are some people who don't use that and so the only way to contact them is my phone or sms, but still, i'm not really a fan. As for bad news it is definatly better to just tell them to their face...

I think this is an indicator of a larger problem where people are disconnecting on a personal level.

It is an important social skill to be able to handle conflict and still have a positive outcome.

I would not SMS somebody with bad news. But that is just me.
