Yeah, the RIAA really has a bad image in the public eye, for stuff just like this. It seems just when we forget about them for a second, they charge back with some other great bit of press. I think unfortunately though, they hvae so much money that they don't worry about such tactics.

Fools. A 10-year-old isn't emotionally mature yet. They'll be able to get her to say anything if she thinks her mom is going to get in trouble. It's a pathetic attempt on thier part.
