Congratulations D&J. You deserve some pimping and primping! I'll go take a look at your site with a more critical (constructively) eye and come on back later with some thoughts.

The one comment I would make before diving too deep is about the design, and especially the header with your photographs. It's a tough call, because it's such a great expression of your connection. But that is prime, above the fold, territory you could be using for advertising or directing folks to other important areas on your site(s). I wonder if it would be possible to create the same site feel while minimizing the space taken up by those photos.

(This is up for me right now, because I'm considering the same issue on my blog).

I'll see what else I can come up later.
