    I am also using the same software, and it really works very fast, without much interference and memory issues. Norton has a winner here.

    Yeah! Norton Internet Security 2009 is super-fast and very effective against all kind of security risks compared to its predecessors.

    You should try the Norton Internet Security 2010 beta as well. It looks even better!

    If I were you I'd get the free 30 days trial from BitDefender Internet
    Security 2009; It's fast, it has great extra features: Wi-Fi
    management, IM encryption, Gamer mode, and it's available right here:

    Well, seems like norton internet security 2009 receives good responses here. Sigh, I just bought and installed norton anti-virus 2008. After read your all comments, I would really feel like to try the 2009 and 2010, cant wait for it...

    Hi u people were just beginning to be fooled by norton..i used norton 2009 for a month...as u all say,i accept,its super fast no load on system...etc etc...
    but it sucks u when it comes for removing viruses..it detects all viruses but wouldnt block any virus..it would allow the viruses to freely modify your registry n finally give u a report of modified items..256 reg entries affected..!it didnt block even the most commonest viruses,but gives a good report!!..finally it lead to formatting my system..thus its a report generator and not an antivirus!!!

    Well, pretty surprised that the time you load photoshop with NIS lesser than without it. And how about the memory it consumes in compare with others?
    However, computers love Norton products because of its large database of virus signatures.
