Nice job Everton.

Re: MyBlogEarnings For April 2007

Everton - I agree completely about Firefox. It's definitely a lot of hype from the fanboys. Most of my traffic is from IE users. Don't get me wrong. I'm a full time FF user. However, despite being a techie, I don't have Adblock on. I think it would be unfair of me to use Adsense on my own blog and then block the ads others place to generate a bit of income.

Re: MyBlogEarnings For April 2007

The trick Budi is to keep posting and the big breaks will come. Even though I've only been trying to make cash for around 6 months, I'd already spent 18 months building up traffic (although my efforts to drive traffic have increased over the last 6 months).

I have a second site that I started as an experiment 6 months ago which is doing ok, so you can build a decent sized site in that timeframe.

Re: MyBlogEarnings For April 2007

Wow ...
great income ....
I hope i can get my first income in 3 months :D

Re: MyBlogEarnings For April 2007

Just one word: wow.

Re: MyBlogEarnings For April 2007

$26CPM

Re: MyBlogEarnings For April 2007

Good job Everton,

I think you have a pretty nice optimized revenue pie. What is your overall CPM? You still did very well, considering your domain registering problems. My earnings increased like 48%, but are nothing compared to your cash flow. You've set the bar very high; let's see who else can reach it.

Re: MyBlogEarnings For April 2007

Hey well done again Everton, especially given some of the problems you encountered this month.

Here's to having a clear month for you to see just how much more you can get!

Re: MyBlogEarnings For April 2007

wow, this is great. well not that the amount went down, but $3000 a month is a good amount.

Re: MyBlogEarnings For April 2007

Will you be sharing your earnings soon, or even just a breakdown of where your cash comes from? I never thought you'd be making that much. All my adsense earnings add up to like $50 for about 4months from all my sites. I'm no good at it! I think the reason why I do so well is 70% of my traffic still comes via search engines i.e. first time visitors who probably aren't as sophisticated as you.

I click on adsense units on sites occasionally as sometimes the offers get my attention.

Also, don't believe the hype about Firefox from the fanboys - most of the world still use IE.

Re: MyBlogEarnings For April 2007

Excellent!.
I just wonder how do you manage so much on Adsense - despite these days so much of people are using FF with Adblock and have developed Ad-Blindness.
I forgot the last time I clicked on an Ad!

Re: MyBlogEarnings For April 2007

WoW!!!That's a good amount inspite of reduced growth from last month...I guess I should start optimizing mine for advertising...so that atleast from May I get some amount...
