That's insane! I wonder how modern social networking sites fit into the traditional law books? (I don't know about UK, but atleast here in India... it doesn't fit)

I too heard the one Orkut story, and couldn't believe it. But it sometime happens. Now a days every social network is more used for marketing with spamming messages and ruins the complete system and makes it useless.

That is pretty funny, its like he broke a restraining order via internet....lol
