I just let it do it's thing.  I rarely have to do anything. I don't even have to moderate comments or trackbacks for the most part. Spam Karma lists all comments that it declared spam in a list (20 default, but you can change that number).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I mark all with the press of a button and quickly take a look at each, 99% is spam all the time. Once this is done I click on remove selected and all are gone.
