That is crazy. I've heard of people saying they could do this sort of thing but I've never actually seen anyone do a backflip from that height. I'd break my foot if i tried!

In a weird way it's probably easier doing a backflip from a height than jumping, as the body is already rotating so it's easier to keep rolling and apply the impact force for longer
