FaceBook is definitely doing well in the U.K.That is primarily the reason why it's decided to have an extended focus on U.K operations.The year on year traffic growth has been more than 1500% and the weekly growth at around 3% which is staggering.

Just saw on Digg yesterday the possibility of making an IPO. Could you imagine Facebook being publicly traded? I'd jump on the financial bandwagon.

I like the fact that there it's got a good interface, goof features and is customisable, but not to the awful (imo) extent that myspace is - every page I've ever gone to has taken an age to load and when it has appeared, you wish you hadn't bothered because of all the awful backgrounds that make any text hard to read while at the same time having random music playing.

I wouldn't say facebook is 'serious' but it's definitely not targetted at the teen market. Despite this it has a much better setup and the sharing and viral aspect is spot on

Face book is getting popular someone said that facebook is for much serious person and myspace is for people who just waste time online.

Facebook seems to be far superior to any of the other social networks out there. I really think they will take the lead with users in the next couple of years.

I've started using Facebook in the last month or so and it's become something that I visit usually at least once a day if not more.
