I know this is prob far too late but I spotted a USB turntable at my local X Catalogue Store today for £11.49. Yep, that's less than the cost of a stylus!
Comes with a copy of Audacity and a USB cable and sounds fine for making CD back-ups of your precious vinyl.

We don't do the cheapest USB Turn Tables but they're good quality Numark ones for the same price as the cheap ones. Even if your not interested you can probably find some info on our site to help you find what you're looking for in the way of spec's etc.
