    Depending on your local laws this could be a civil or a criminal case. If you're in the US or UK it's definitely illegal to mess with someone else's website even if you actually gave them access under a contract.

    Good to see you back! My previous hosting company suffered a hack attack and it took them weeks to get everything working right again. Glad you've managed to fix it quickly

    i didn't understand why people do this(hacking), when they know that original site can be restored quickly.

    Most all blog hacks are from people not upgrading their blog software.

    If you don't make a ton of changes, just backup your template one time, then create or download a script to email you a database dumb every couple days.
