the comms from the guys helping me wasn't up to PowerVPS's usual standards, and I wasn't very happy. e.g I had to argue with one guy for about 2 hours that there was a server problem as he was saying it was something I'd done, even though I'd got alerts saying the server had totally gone down!!

Luckily anonther rep was acting on that ticket, otherwise nothing would have been done.

My forum is still messed up. It was working fine so I went to sleep, but they must have done something else as it's gone wonky again.

Update: all over now. PowerVPS deleted the final 3,500 emails in the queue.....

Ha! I beat 19 by far. I got one every three or four minutes from about 10pm to about 1am! I don't even remember posting a comment here ever. Yet I have 67 emails in my Inbox. I was seriously coming to this site to threaten you for spamming me. :P

I feel a bit ashamed though as I'm responsible for the blog, and I'm getting some very angry emails :-(

Are they still coming through? I wish I knew how to get into the actual mail queue or something. The blog's had over 8,000 comments in total, so the server could be potentially sending that many emails :'-(

Hey, I think I'm the popular one here. See if anyone can beat this: 19 Comment replies! For a minute their I thought that my blog had become wildly popular over the course of 8 hours. Funny thing was I didn't remember writing anything that would attract that much attention. So then I thought that a major portion of blog readers suddenly lost all sense of taste and had flocked to my blog. :P

I turned the plugin off about 2 hours ago when I got the first complaints via email. I really hope therre are not more in the mail queue waiting to be sent....
