Absolutely yes. Peoples doesn't care about illegal download, all they want is Free Stuffs , that's why P2P technology is still rising.

Oh yes, as much as online file sharing is great, it also increases the number of piracy as you can download and upload just about anything which is availble for the public to use as they please.
